What to hand over before launch
Give the deployment team a brief, useful implementation handoff.
Fix the version to be delivered
Record the work’s name, approved version and target devices, with key pages or flows. Identify real content and demo data so everyone discusses the same version.
Explain what real operation needs
Not every project needs accounts, roles, databases, files, payments or notifications, but verify each required part. Share secrets through secure channels, not interface code or public cards. Include domains, hosting and ongoing maintenance in the launch scope.
Write acceptance criteria as actions
“New users can register; ordinary members cannot open admin pages” is more testable than “the system works.” The UBAI deployment team can assess a plan and quote. A completed frontend preview is not the completion of all engineering work.
